Sport Partenariat involves a concession agreement for the design, build, finance and operation of the INSEP sports university in Vincennes, Paris. The project involves the refurbishment of 20 buildings totalling c.37,000 m² and providing a wide range of FM services.

The 30-year concession agreement was granted by the French ministry of Sports.
