Design, build, finance and operation of a 277 bed hospital in the Greater Area of Lisbon. The concession was granted by the Portuguese State in 2008 with a duration of 30 years, and became operational in February 2010.

The 46,000 m² hospital provides services to a population of more than 300,000 inhabitants. The project also involves a car park for 864 vehicles.
