A9 is a 23 year and 7 month concession for the design, reconstruction / expansion, finance and maintenance of a section of the A9 motorway south east of Amsterdam in the Netherlands.

The scope of the project is the Holendrecht interchange, the bridge over the river Gaasp and  6km of road together with a 3km over ground tunnel.
