Gil Kiener joins Alba Infra Partners as General Secretary and ESG Director

Alba Infra Partners is pleased to announce the arrival of Gil Kiener as Secretary General and ESG Director.

Gil Kiener, 37, joins Alba Infra Partners with over 12 years’ experience as a business lawyer and then as General Counsel in a management company.
Previously, Gil was a partner at the international law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where she began her career in 2011. At Willkie Farr, Gil was mainly involved in French and international M&A and private equity transactions, on behalf of listed and unlisted groups and investment funds.
In 2022, she joined Meanings Capital Partners, a multi-activity management company, where she held the position of General Counsel, with particular responsibility for structuring investment vehicles.
Gil holds a Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise, a Master’s degree in Business Law and was admitted to the Paris bar.
Gil now joins Alba Infra Partners as General Secretary and ESG Director. She is based in Paris.
