Exciting news for Valorem who secures 200m€ to finance its growth, and for 3i who achieves an impressive exit

The Alba team has worked for over 8 years with Valorem and its founders to support their transition from an independent wind developer to an established pan-European IPP in France, Finland, Greece, and Poland. During this period, Valorem’s asset base has increased by more than 5 times to 850 MW, and EBITDA by 4 times. On its exit, 3i achieved a 3.5x multiple. This transaction also represents exciting news for Valorem, as it secures a €200M capital increase to finance its growth.
